Subject: Reconsideration for the points of my Action Research

Madam:
With utmost respect, my name is Gladys B. Cuaresma, Teacher III at Sapang Elementary
School, Mangatarem, Pangasinan. I am an applicant for the position of Master Teacher I.
This is in reference with the ranking for Master Teacher I position happened last December 2,
2022 and January 13, 2023. The Action Research I presented was not scored properly because
of the following reasons stated by the Chairman of the Selection Committee:
1. The permit of my Action Research has the same date of signing
2. The permit of my Action Research was signed before my promotion for Teacher III
3. My name was not included in the memorandum for Colloquium for Researchers
I humbly request you to reconsider my points for my Action Research. With due respect
Ma’am, I want to state that I have some points to support my request:
1. The permit of my Action Research was not signed on the same day because I conducted
my research and follow the process of submission and conducting the research
2. The permit of my Action Research that was signed before my promotion for Teacher III
is just the permit to conduct and not the Permit for completion
3. My name was not included in the memorandum for Colloquium for Researchers
because my Action Research was completed in 2015 while the Colloquium just started
last 2020
I would therefore humbly request you, Ma’am, to reconsider my points for my Action Research,
on behalf of the reasons I provided. I will, however, respect your decision.
I am looking forward for a positive reply regarding this matter.
