What do you think you could do in your daily routine to have a healthy

lifestyle?

Today many people have their daily routine in their lives to feel happy or
simply to have time to organize

In my case, I try to always have time for everything, study, play sports,
watch football, etc. This is a problem if you don't organize yourself because
when the exams come around you get stressed because you don't have
enough time.

Finally, I think that having a daily routine and organizing time is important
because they can cause problems.
