Fiber Optic and ME Tower

• supervise the implementation of the installation of poles and the transfer of internet network cables
from PLN to its own pedestals
• coordinate with vendors and superiors in the office
• conduct regular reports for the work performed
• arranging permits for the local area management to negotiate a pole planting and cable removal project
•preventive maintenance tower (monopole) all section and every month, after handover with project and
check quality before handover with project.
• installation rectifier & baterei for support customer BTS.
• making document after preventive maintenance.
• coordination with customer, project, and operation division, so that the work runs smoothly
• supervise and regulate (fiber optic cable installation) process.
• coordinate with (vendors and operators) or interested parties that the project was held smoothly and
successfully.
• create reports for projects executed according to standart production operations.
• troubleshoot network maintenance and measurement of network devices.
• check the completness of documents for payment processing (to vendor).
• Indoor and outdoor survey for the data collection process required by the company.
• Supervise installation in backbone server.

Cellular Installation

● Survey loss for meeting RFI before installation will begining to confident that site will be ready for    instalation,

with using GPS Garmin 12 channel for finding site location, latitude, longitude, azimuth    degree, speed, direction.

● Installation microwave (MW) transmission network (function of MW is comunication point to point    between one

tower to another).
● Installation sectorial antena (function of sectorial antena is comunication between BTS to mobile    phone).

● Instalation RF cable (feeder) and jumper to conection betwen BTS and antena.

● Installation BTS, alarm cable, base frame.

● Pointing at microwave for transmission network to reach score, which is needed for on air.

● Doing VSWR to check value from M1 (connection between BTS connector plug and jumper cable    connector),

M2 (connection between jumper cable connector and feeder connector in base), M3    (connection between feeder

connector in top and jumper cable connector at sectorial antena), M4    (connection between jumper cable

connector at sectorial antena and antena connector plug).

● SWAP BTS Huawei and antenna for Telkomsel project

● Indoor and outdoor installation of Huawei BTS and microwave based on standart installation.

Drive Test Cellular

● Reporting problems of signal in area coverage BTS (Drive Test), using GPS as means to detect     location BTS

and position also scanner to analyze result of detection signal, record and reporting     result of analysis. Operate

TEMS 6 investigation (to analyze result of detection signal, record,     reporting result of analysis and alarm

monitoring, cluster checking (coverage area)) and cell     planning tools and responding to the alarms threatening

the Cell site performance

● Conducting action repair in antenna sector in the event of mistake at setting of sector antenna    as

troubleshooting of swap sector and sector antenna and also measurement the problem of handover, drop call rate,

block call rate, signal interference

● Operate GPS (Global Positioning System) as means to detect location BTS and mobile phone    position.

● Measurement the problem of handover, drop call rate, block call rate, signal interference

VSAT

● Reporting problems with VSAT (Very Small Aperture Terminal) Telecommunication equipment’s as    satellite

modem, inverter, rectifier and battery bank, RBS, cable link, router, VOIP, hub,  converter, SSPA, LNA, LNB, BUC, feed

horn, antenna tracking and main supply

● Monitoring of remote VSAT as power and frequency adjustment, updating to the Network Centre    or HUB,

observe the data traffics during online application through checking of the alarms    threatening in Network

Monitoring System and satellite modem.

● Monitoring, reporting, rectifying and resolving of faults occurring on individual BTS Cell sites and    responding to

the alarms threatening the Cell site performance and checking for data    communication traffics in NMS (Network
Management System).

● Testing VSAT equipment

● Monitoring, analyzing, troubleshooting and maintenance network for voice, data communication    and

transmission of satellite communication (VSAT, HUB station and remote station).

● Handle and troubleshooting of customer problems when escalated by operations technical team,    monitoring

and keep customer satisfaction level high.

● Monitoring of satellite access modem and Complete monitoring of the entire network through the    spectrum

analyzer and to keep a check for interference, cross pole guide, Bandwidth Utilization    and noise floor of the

signals.

● NMS Checking doing through and Operate Spectrum Analyzer

● BER (Bit Error Rate), EB/NO checking, RF power control, power adjustment.

● Daily and weekly traffic statistic analysis report.

Transmission on TV Station (arek tv surabaya)

• Operate a transmission device (TX) for transmitting

• Perform troubleshooting when there is interference, which involves indoor and outdoor

• Assist at live events in the master control room at the time outside of working hours

• Being a crew during live events.
