FEEDBACK
Dr. S. Venkataraman
Prof B Balaji, adept in using Technology, is quite well at ease in delivering on-line and off-line.
Learning and Training modules for the benefit of Corporate executives, Academia and Students.
His recent Webinars were well attended and beneficial to the participants. Through his felicity of
expression and elegance of presentations and his passionate involvement, he provides updated
skills on the various subject matters. Wish him all success.
I recently attended Dr. Balaji’s workshop on Vivacity and Vitality of Services. Dr. Balaji
undoubtedly has an unparalleled understanding of the topic. He covered both basics and
advanced concepts in great detail and explained a number of eye-opening insights that were
invaluable to attendees. I am sure that every single attendee came away enriched. I look forward
to attending many more of Dr. Balaji’s learning sessions in future.

The Dream Team Conclave workshop went well and the group left with a positive view of team
building
I got an opportunity to participate in the workshop entitled ‘Vivacity and Vitality of Services’
conducted by Special Minds. The workshop was informative. The Chief Resource Facilitator, Dr
B Balaji, PhD explained clearly about the basic concepts and other related information about the
role of service sector in India. He shared his knowledge by giving real-time examples of Service
sector. He was able to convey even complicated concepts by way of listing out day to
day activities which we are involved in. I feel that he has conducted a detailed research analysis
about the service sector and he is able Professional Consultant. His services may be used by the
State and Central Government for the development of Indian Service Sector.
A Workshop on “Vivacity and Vitality of Services” was organized by Dr. B. Balaji, founder
of SPECIAL MINDS. Dr. B. Balaji was the resource person for the workshop and focused on
services in order to make participants understand the importance of service design and to guide
them how to look into minor details of services. The participants were given several online
assignments for their active participation and to enable their learning of various concepts
discussed in the workshop. It was a wonderful learning workshop. The resource person Dr. B.
Balaji was very systematic in organising and conducting this workshop. I wish to give one
suggestion of incorporation of case studies also as one of the means of assignment I would like
to participate in the future events to be conducted by Special Minds.
