1. Explain the relevance of education to the promotion of social progress.


Education is often seen as both developing and reflecting individual
talents and capacities, making it extremely beneficial to social progress.
People will be able to improve their talents and abilities through education,
which they can then utilize to help the community thrive. In the near future,
humans will learn extensive knowledge, become more creative, and attain
objectives and goals that will substantially benefit society. If the people had
received education, the chances of meeting the basic human needs of its
citizens, establishing the foundations that allow citizens and communities to
improve and sustain the quality of their lives, and creating the conditions for
all individuals to reach their full potential would be greater.

"Progress in this direction is thus crucially dependent on education and


public awareness; education is the key to sustained, self-sufficient growth."

2. Explain the hypothesis: “Rizal’s ideas on nation-building are for all seasons.”

Rizal's qualities and skills were suitable for any season or era. As a result,
he determined that nation-building is a year-round endeavor (for all seasons). It
signifies that we are always growing and developing our country and
Nation-building will take place in the past, present, and near future. People will
become more knowledgeable and advanced as a product of modernization, and
their skills and talents will expand and become more useful in nation-building.
