Puro research, baliw na baliw kayo sa research. Ako matalino ako tao pero hindi ko

maintindihan ang research niyo –Cynthia Villar on Corn Research (CNN Philippines, 2019). The

fundamentals of research are not only by intellectual criticism and discovery alone. Realistically

speaking, human essentials such as food, water, money, energy and appropriate research materials

are the central point for a research to be materialized. Specifically, with proper maximization of

availability of resources, realistic applicable situation with cooperation and reflective inspirational

action towards intellectual inquiry are the most essential when it comes to validating and creating

ideas. In the Philippines, there are a lot of intellectuals by which has the huge potential to conduct

intellectual ideas that can hugely contribute to the whole world in the sector of education.

Unfortunately, a sample from the statement above by Cynthia Villar is a great example of research

hurdle in the materialization of Filipino researches in maximizing their craft towards contributing

in the world of knowledge. How does this relate to the 3 researches stated in the title? Computer

programs.
 Computer programs are the evolving modernization of mitigating errors to give concrete

data and results of the researcher’s ideas. All 3 papers maximizing the programs per se saves time

to give better results on the said research. For instance, On the Effects of Family Literacy Programs

on the Emergent Literacy Skills of Children From Low-SES Families: A Meta-Analysis, the pre-

test post-test experimental approach gave concrete results since the researches used a statistical

computer program to immediately show results on the research. The bright side of things is this

makes the data easier interpretation and results to give critical ideas and results of the said research.

However, in the Philippines based on the critic’s experience, only in selected universities and

colleges has this access on the said materials. Majority of papers and journals of professors and

students commonly use easier statistical approach for convenient and basic efficient data results

of their said research problems. As a result, comparing papers from the Philippines, most meta-

analysis papers or in depth quantitative papers are restricted to basic results which sometimes

shows possibility of those kinds of researches being conducted already by other countries but better

results due to accessibility for better methodologies.

In conclusion, the 3 papers represent concreteness to the data since the methodology was

hugely augmented and clearly by means of computer programs. It lessens double check method

since experimental action proper is the only requirement needed to give the data needed to be

statistically solved. Yet, the Philippines lack this said materials which results to limited quality of

data. This is where the best option for best research results is collaborative partnerships or generous

sponsors if Filipino Researches will be maximized to its full potential towards improving Filipino

lives to the max.
