A. What global issues have emerged because of miscommunication?

I completely agree with most of what Gordon Brown has said. That’s a
probably the most articulate speech I’ve heard, it was a great and motivating
speech. Some examples of global issues have emerged because of
miscommunication are war against nations, poverty, climate change, economy and
security. One of the major challenges in our time is the war of Russia and Ukraine
that can affect all of us and also one of the global issues that have emerged now.
This wars that continue to ruined infrastructures and the peaceful life that the
people could have live. One of the immediate impacts of Russia and Ukraine war
was on pump pieces of petroleum products in the Philippines. Simply means that
all of us are affected. All effects would have been prevented if all the countries
involved could have communicate well. Security and peace that could have been
achieved if there would be a good communication happening between countries.
All of these global issues could have been prevented if only there were a good
communication. A communication that would benefit the majority and will result
to a better global society. Gordon Brown was right we need to communicate each
other for good.

B. How can effective communication and language use contribute to the

creation of a truly global society?

Global society, You can communicate effectively if you have

understanding about needs and expectations of the present situation of the
people, Listening capacity and peace and joy within then you can also
express your thoughts effectively through social media and TV. The used
language is an important means and tools to achieve that communication.
Communication involved the main interaction between society parts or
individuals. The most important ingredient that will contribute to creating a
truly global society is indeed that effectiveness of the area where messages
are well sent by transmitters and the receivers will not only receive and
interact positively with that message, they will also detect and receive the
transmitter’s feelings that will emphasis positively and create that synergy
between both parts. Communication is important just like Robert Frost said
“Half the world is composed of people who have something to say and
can’t, and the other half who have nothing to say and keep on saying it”.
Communication helps to spread knowledge and information among people
and helps us to develop relationships with others.
