Reflecting - Individual self-assessment of the competences acquired
ICT skills- Organise your own communication strategy
Knowledge (Economics) - Design a business plan

Why are these 5 competences so important for young entrepreneurs? Please explain in about 150 words.

These 5 competences are important for entrepreneurship because they are skills that will help entrepreneurs continue to
adapt to the rapidly changing market. In the future, ICT and other 21st century skills are going to be of paramount
importance to maintain competitiveness as new technologies are developed and integrated into the business world. Social
capabilities are also essential for success as working alone is not sufficient for the output of creative and innovative ideas
that build businesses from the ground up. Fundamental knowledge of economics is equally important, especially considering
the risks of starting a business with no prior experience of the workings of the market. Finally, the ability of an entrepreneur
to reflect on their own actions is one of the most helpful tools throughout the business’s growth. It allows the entrepreneur to
grow with the business. This is why these 5 competences are so important to our group.
