The Minutes of a Meeting

20 November 2022/ 11.00 AM
1. Opening

The group meeting was called to conduct on 20 November 2022 at Head Office in Bucharest.

4. Activites

-The members will meet and discuss the company's projects that will take place next year to
support young people.
-They have constructed an organizational structure based on the members’s opinion.
-The members will present their ideas in turn and will jointly discuss the strengths of each
idea, but also the disadvantages.
5. Discussion

The subject of the meeting is about the help that young people will have from the
organization starting next year. The organization wants to help the young society with
projects that encourage them to come forward and express their ideas about what they want
from the future. The CEO of the company believes that the young generation is the only
source of the return and salvation of humanity and he trusts them. The manager proposed to
come to the aid of the current generation not only with financial aid but also with the chance
for young people to get involved in society, to express their point of view and make decisions
that concern them in relation to their education and development as adults . Most of the ideas
were based on the same starting point, namely to give young people the chance to integrate
into society right from school.
6. Action items

The team has finalized the organizational structure.

All the suggestions were seen as auspicious, and it was proposed to take most of them into
account.
The ideas of the participating members were noted and discussed, and from here a well-
planned project is expected to be put into practice.
The meeting was recorded and will be transmitted via Telegram for those who could not
participate.
7. Adjournment

Although the meeting went very well, and the ideas were as expected, because one of
the members could not participate, the final decision regarding the project and its course
cannot be taken without his consent. Therefore, the project will have to wait until the absent
colleague can participate or at least give his consent regarding what was discussed today at
the meeting.
8. Next meeting

Our meeting is going to hold on Wednesday 25 November 2022, at 13.00 PM in same place.
If not all members will be able to present themselves next time, the meeting will take place
online, via Telegram, in order to complete the project and move forward with it.
