Message from the Office of the Secretary (DepEd)
My warmest greetings to the school officials, administrators,
faculty members and advisers, teachers, parents, and
guardians of the graduates and completers of School Year
2021-2022!

On behalf of the Department of Education (DepEd), I am proud

to celebrate the successes, milestones, and achievements of
this batch’s graduates and promoted students in this year’s
End-of-School-Year rites with the theme “K to 12 Graduates:
Pursuing Dreams and Fostering Resilience in the Face of
Adversity.”

In the past six years, we committed to our mandate to enhance the quality of education,
broaden its access, and ensure its relevance in the rapidly changing world.

DepEd endeavored to address each challenge by instituting programs and reforms in the
Department. We have fully implemented the K to 12 curriculum and the aggressive reforms
of Sulong EduKalidad to produce globally competitive learners and teachers. We also
expanded our mission for accessible education by strengthening the Alternative Learning
System (ALS) and the Last Mile Schools programs to reach more Filipinos. Likewise,
we also established the National Academy of Sports (NAS) and Education Futures Unit to
create more opportunities for our learners and anticipate the future of the education system in
the country.

Committed to sustaining this momentum, the Department developed and implemented the
Basic Education-Learning Continuity Program (BE-LCP), where we offered various learning
modalities and produced award-winning initiatives such as the DepEd TV and DepEd
Commons at the height of the pandemic. Eventually, the Department held its ground against
an unprecedented challenge in basic education as we progressively expand the reintroduction
of face-to-face classes in the country.

Indeed, education is truly a shared responsibility. This is why we express our utmost
appreciation to our dear parents and teachers for being our partners in nurturing the youth
throughout the years.

To the Class of 2022, resilience is in your blood. You have survived one of the toughest times
in human history, yet still embraced education as your primary tool to success. I believe that
with your passion and purpose, you can reach your dreams and change the world.

May you keep on harnessing and imparting wisdom as together, we will build a nation of
competent global citizens and future leaders.

LEONOR MAGTOLIS BRIONES

Secretary
Department of Education
Message from the Office of the Regional Director (DepEd)
I extend my heartfelt felicitations to all the graduates and
completers of School Year 2021-2022!
This year’s End of the School Year Rites theme “K to 12
Graduates: Pursuing Dreams and Fostering Resilience in the
Face of Adversity” highlights one of the notable characteristics
of the Filipino people – resiliency. This eminent quality of
rising above any challenge and keeping an optimistic spirit
amidst adversities is what truly distinguishes us as the most
resilient nation not only in Southeast Asia but in the world.
Time and again, we have proven that there is no
insurmountable difficulty that we cannot conquer as we remain steadfast in our aspirations for
a better nation. No disaster such as typhoons, earthquakes, or even the pandemic will halt us
in pursuing our mission to uplift the lives of every Filipino learner through quality, accessible,
relevant, and liberating basic education.
As we mark the end of another school year, we celebrate our respective achievements spurred
by our dedication and commitment to education. The strong will of DepEd officials to continue
providing education amidst the pandemic along with the dedicated service of our teachers and
school heads form a bigger part of this triumph against the challenges brought by the health
crisis. The relentless support and assistance of our education partners and stakeholders,
government officials, non-government organizations, and other benevolent groups and
individuals are also an important component in our implementation of the Basic Education
Learning Continuity Operational Plan. Unified in the mission of protecting the future of our
young generation, DepEd and all its stakeholders did not give up and worked together to
ensure that learning will continue amidst the numerous challenges brought about by the
COVID-19 pandemic.
Most importantly, we recognize the students’ unfaltering perseverance and dreams to pursue
education strengthened by their parents’ genuine concern and support for them as they
marched on their educational journey during a difficult time in our history as citizens of this
world. Our K to 12 graduates and completers have shown their resilience and tenacity to
successfully adapt to the modalities of blended learning.
We fervently aspire that the knowledge and experiences you have acquired throughout this
journey will help you achieve your fullest potential and help you pursue the most remarkable
milestones in your life.
Congratulations and Mabuhay Batch 2022!

Message from the Office of the School Principal
Pagbati!

pandemya.
pagtuturo.
napagtagumpayan natin itong lahat.

Concepcion Integrated School.

Muli, Congratulations Gradweyts and Completers batch 2021-2022!
