Good Day!

We are writing this letter to seek for approval to change our school uniform that we are required to
wear in regular day at work. Since we are not yet conducting face-to-face classes and the school
uniforms are not yet provided in some employees, we are recommending to replace it into casual
wear temporarily. Rest assured that it will not affect our performance at work.
