MICHELLE A.

VENTURA Dean, OSDS Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila Intramuros, Manila Dear Dean Ventura: I respectfully present to you this letter inclusive of the following concerns: First, I hereby request the conversion of the memo forwarded to the College of Management and Entrepreneurship regarding my sanction in result to all the violations I committed under the University Dress Code which is fourteen (14) hours of Community Service. Instead of having the community service, I would like to request that the said sanction be converted into more or less two (2) days suspension. In addition, I am writing to request consideration to my previous letter dated November 8, 2012 regarding my hair color. I had taken every necessary action needed to tone down my hair color but it still comes back to blonde. I have been repeatedly advised by a hair stylist that my hair could no furthermore undergo any hair treatment because my hair has been already damaged and the only remedy left is to let my hair grow. I promise with highest regards that it was certainly not intentional to violate any of the Universitys rules and regulations. Again, I am humbly requesting for a permit/gate pass/written note from the OSDS allowing me to enter the University with my hair color until I graduate, in avoidance for committing further violations. I would therefore hope that my appeal will be reviewed in accordance of the reasons mentioned above and be taken into proper deliberation. I hope this letter would merit the appropriate explanation on my concerns. Hoping for your kind and favorable action regarding this matter. Thank you.

Sincerely, Catherine Venice P. Pascual 4th Year, BSBA Marketing Management Student
