This is in connection to our letter dated January 12, 2023 where we requested your Office to
Issue subpoena to the following persons:
1. Mr. Fred Solis – Brgy. Domang
2. Mr. Marlon Layugan – Brgy. Dopaj
3. Mr. Ruben Tamba – Brgy. Bagumbayan
4. Mr. Julio Pudiquet – Brgy. Dopaj
My complain against them was rooted in leading the members and officers of the I-iyp irrigators
Association and the Pay loader of the Municipal Government in the repair of the washed out
levee of their irrigation canal. This work activity is illegal in the sense that their association is
illegal the fact that their water rights permit was cancelled by the issuing agency. Thus, this
reiteration letter on the matter as stated.
