A RESOLUTION REQUESTING HON. MANUEL R. VILLAHERMOSA

MUNICIPAL MAYOR OF HILONGOS, LEYTE TO PROVIDE SOME WATER
MATERIALS OF BARANGAY KANGHA-AS HILONGOS, LEYTE.
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Kangha-as aims to provide its
residents with access to potable water supplies particularly those indigent ones who
could not afford to spend those water materials.
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Kangha-as has no sufficient funds to
procure the following;
12 pcs. GI nipple (2x1/2)
12 pcs. GI Tee ½
12 pcs. P.E male adaptor – ½
6 pcs. P.E Tee – ½
12 pcs. P.E female elbow – ½
12 pcs. Faucet – ½
12 pcs. P.E gate valve – ½
4 pcs. G.I nipple ¾
2 pcs. Gate Valve ¾
2 pcs. G.I TEE ¾
3 rolls Teflon tape

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Sangguniang Barangay of

Kanghaas Hilongos, Leyte to pass a RESOLUTION REQUESTING HON. MANUEL R.
VILLAHERMOSA MUNICIPAL MAYOR OF HILONGOS, LEYTE TO PROVIDE
SOME WATER MATERIALS OF BARANGAY KANGHA-AS HILONGOS, LEYTE.
UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED, this 2nd day of May, 2023
