Dear Madam,

I have been chosen by the student body of our school to inform you regarding the
atrocious circumstances we currently find ourselves in. More precisely, I am writing to you due
to our school’s non-fulfillment of providing us with suitable learning conditions.
Our most troubling concern is the greatly-outdated heating system, which continuously
fails to produce the necessary amount of heat, obliging us to withstand the devastatingly-low
temperatures of the cold season. Furthermore, the futile infrastructure is not by far our only
complaint, as we find ourselves in desperate need of new school benches, due to the extremely
poor condition of the already existing ones. The degradation accumulated over the years forcing
them to be in need of constant maintenance.
Moreover, the student council has noticed a significant waste in the budget allocated to
acquiring up-to-date coronavirus countermeasures. Reportedly, a great amount of masks and
tests are being broken and discarded prior to serving their purposes.
Additionally, our bathrooms are in urgent need of rehabilitation. The sinks frequently
cease to function, retaining students from washing their hands properly, putting our health at
risk. The stall doors often become broken, undermining students of essential privacy and
intimacy. Finally, the foul smell and stain-covered walls cause a lack of hygiene which is
intolerable for a restroom.
In conclusion, due to the horrible conditions forced upon us, we would like to request
funding in order to acquire new and improved technology and structures, such as a new,
electric, heating system, state of the art protective measures against the loss of sensitive
coronavirus related materials, and the resources required for completely overhauling the
