2. MOTIVATION

I have extensive Technical Experience in both Desktop/Server Support. I am a Team Player and I have Good
Communication Skills, I am tact and very confident. I am also exposed to Daily Interaction with Computer
Users and I can work under stressful circumstances.

I also practise ITIL processes like incident and fault resolution, meeting S.L.A requirement, Quality Control
and Preventive Maintenance. I am a dynamic, articulate person with an inquiring mind. I have the ability to
create anything from the raw and can improvise depending on the situation at hand. I am also a fast thinker
