This is to apprise your level of the fact-finding actions taken relative to the complaint of Mr.
Erickson S. Safiado received from Public Affairs and Communication Service with Reference Code
No. LC-15-2022-09-07 with regard the handling of his concern by BLGU-Dadiangas South, General
Santos City.
During the conduct of our fact fi nding, we found out that there were documents from the Office of
the Lupong Tagapamayapa which proves that the respondent (Josephine C. Mariscal) have
payments made and was duly received by the complainant.
Please see attached Certified True Copy of the Acknowledgement Receipts from December 2021 up
to August 2022.
