    QUESTIONS IN PRE-TEST

    The LAC Session started at exactly 10:00 a.m. with 100% of the participant’s attendance. It started
    with the checking of attendance led by Mrs. Leah A. Valiente, followed by opening prayer led by Mrs.
    Rachelle Ann T. Jardinez. Food for thought was given by mrs. Myleen A. Macabiog. Opening message by
    Mrs. Divinr Grace B. Samortin. Tha statement of purpose was presented by Mrs.Jessa T. Sumalbag .After
    presenting tha purpose, we proceed to the LAC poroper.
    The first facilitator was Mr. Salvador A. Carpio, his topic was Formulation of Table of Specification.
    After the brainstorming, we crafted a template for Reading Assessment for Early Grade that will be
    The next facilitator were Mrs. Rachelle Ann T. Jardinez and Mrs. Jessa T. Sumalbag with their topic
    Guidelines and mechanics in Constructing Test Item/s TQs.

    The meeting ended up peacefully at 12:00 P.M.
