NARRATIVE REPORT IN GAD 2021

October 22,2021

Nagbacalan Elementary School, headed by the school principal II, Dr. Dennis C.
Ramirez conducted GAD activities focused on the re-organization of GAD core group and
distribution of health and medical supplies last October 22, 2021.
The program started at 8:00 AM . Mrs.Brendalyn Gapasin, Master Teacher I
lead the prayer, followed by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem conducted by
Mrs. Janice Onza. The school principal, Dr. Dennis Ramirez, welcomed the participants for
the program, followed by the presentation of the participants by Mrs. Juliet Lagadon. An
orientation to the participants was conducted first before the organization of the GAD Core
Group.
The selection on the composition of GAD Core Group was facilitated by Dr. Ramirez,
the school Principal. The composition of the School GAD Core group were the following :

The distribution of medical and health supplies was done after the activity, The
program ends at exactly1i: 45 in the morning.
