Minutes of Meeting
Title of Activity: CLUSTER SCOUTING Date: NOVEMBER 24 -25, 2022

The cluster scouting held at Purog Elementary School, Brgy. Purog, Gandara, Samar.
At exactly 8:00 o’clock participants arrived at the venue. Registration starts at 9:00 am in the
morning followed by parade participated by Purog ES, Caugbusan ES and Beslig ES.
Opening of the program start after the parade.
The opening of the program starts with the singing of the National Anthem conducted
by Jennelyn A. Malacao, Teacher III of Purog ES followed by DepEd hymn conducted by
Maricar Aguilar, Teacher I of Caugbusan Elementary School followed by Gandara Hymn
conducted by Marivic D. Ocong, Teacher III of Beslig ES. Physical Fitness was performed
by Purog ES Teaching Staff. Lanny B. Zarsata Recognized the attendance of participants.
Each school present their yell. She also gives welcome address.
Activity proper starts its first activity by the raising of banner of each school
participants. Followed by reciting the GSP Promise and Law led by Myra C. Nueva and BSP
promise and Law led by Christian D. Casaljay. At Exactly 12:00 noon, participants take a
lunch break.
At 1 pm start the session for knot tying, bandaging, first aid and flag signaling. Knot
tying session Teodolfo M. Ampoan is the chairman, Belen R. Requiero member. Bandaging
Session Sheril Casiano chairman, Marivic D. Ocong member. First aid, chairman Jennelyn A.
Malacao, member Maricar P. Aguilar. For flag signaling Emelinda M. Casaljay is the
chairman and Lanny B. Zarsata is the member. After the completion of every session, the
game Amazing Race facilitated by Porug ES staff starts followed by different games
facilitated by every schools.
At exactly 6:00 pm, torch parade started participated by all school heads, teachers and
pupils of the three schools. Followed by the camp fire. During the camp fire each group
present their yell. After the camp fire at exactly 8:00 pm participants stays at their quarters
and rest until the morning.
Day 2 of the activity, participants wake up at exactly 5:00 am to prepare for breakfast
and for the awarding and closing activity. Closing program starts with a nationalistic song
conducted by Arlyn A. Paderan followed with energizer by visual presentation. School heads
facilitated the awarding of winners. The group 2 headed by Annaliza R. Buenvenida declared
as the over all champion of the activity. After all the activity scouts sing the Goodbye song.
