1.马力控制部调整程序 HORSE POWER ADJUSTING

下面显示的值是同时调整前泵和后泵时的压力和扭矩变化值。只有一个
泵在调整时应用一半的输入值。The values shown below are the
pressure and torque changes when adjusting both the front and
rear pumps. Only one pump applies half the input value when
adjusting.
调整弹簧的调整 Adjust the adjusting spring.

下面显示的值是调整前后泵时的压力和扭矩变化。
The values shown below are the pressure and torque changes when
the front and rear pumps are adjusted simultaneously.
1.将当前设置状态使用记号笔记进行标识。
Identify the current setting state with a marker note.
2.固定内六角螺丝(S24)使其不跟转的前提下，松开螺母(S50)。
Loosen the nut (S50) on the premise that the hexagon socket
head cap screw (S24) does not follow the rotation.
3.按照顺时针方向旋转 S24 内六角螺丝 1/4 圈。
Turn the S24 socket head cap screw 1/4 turn clockwise.

4.此时，补偿控制压力及输入扭矩按照以下表变化。
At this time, the compensation control pressure and input
torque are changed according to the following table.
下图为前后泵同时调整时的压力和扭矩变化。
The figure below shows the pressure and torque changes when the
front and rear pumps are adjusted at the same time.

2.流量控制部调整程序
Flow Control Section Adjustment Procedure
变更流量控制设定的情况下，如不是特别要调整单头泵的流量的话，请
同时调整前后泵两侧的调节螺丝。以下是调整单侧泵时的变化值。

调整弹簧的调整 Adjust the adjusting spring

1. 将现有 Setting 状态用记号笔进行标识.
Mark the existing Setting state with a marker.
2. 固定内六角螺丝(S52)使其不跟转的前提下，松开螺母(S50).
Under the premise of fixing the socket head cap screw (S52) so
that it does not follow the rotation, loosen the nut (S50).
3. 按照顺时针方向旋转 S52 内六角螺丝 1/4 圈.
Turn the S52 socket head cap screw 1/4 turn clockwise.
4. 此时先导压力及输出流量会按照以下表变化.
At this time, the pilot pressure and output flow will change
according to the following table.
