Subject: New DAME Standalone VRV Xpress Software

2.Background:
New DAME Standalone VRV Xpress Software has been recently introduced to have all DAIPL
Units selections in one platform that will be convenient for all markets (even for those who
do not have stable internet connection for web-based tools usage).

3.What has changed:

New DAME Standalone VRV Xpress Software includes all current VRV Indoor & Outdoor
series (from both DAIPL & DENV factories). It allows all official combinations between the
Indoor & Outdoor Units from different factories (please refer to Section 6 of the Rapid News
document for more details).
In addition, the Software allows selections of newly introduced Header Packs & Daikin
TightFit (DGT II) Joints which are part of Daikin PPM solution for fast & brazing-free
installation.
If needed, you still can use VRV WebXpress Selection Software (vrvxpress.daikin.eu) which
includes all DENV Models & High Ambient DAIPL Models. However, it does not allow Header
Packs & TightFit selections.

4. Timing:
The latest version VRV Xpress 9.8.0 (Database Central 15.5.7 DAME VRV Xpress) is already
available & can be downloaded from the link below or can be alternatively browsed through
Daikin Business Portal (my.daikin.eu):

The link will be updated with the newer version once released.
Note: To be able to receive updated version of the Software automatically whenever you
are connected to the Internet, please do not rename the Software “VRV_Xpress” on your
PC.

selected at Indoor Units Section as shown below:

▪VRV IV Non-Continuous Heating (RXYQ-U)
▪VRV IV Non-Continuous Heating (RXYQ-U5)
•Cooling Only:
▪Standard Ambient Mini VRV Home (RXQ-AR, RXMQ-AR)
▪Standard Ambient VRV X (RXQ-ARY1)
With regards to Indoor Units, all DAME Indoor Units are included.

6.Compatibility of VRV Outdoor Units with Indoor Units:

Please refer to the Table on next page for the compatibility details between Outdoor &
Indoor Units from different factories.
