RESOLUTION NO. 5
Series of 2022

WHEREAS, the school provides module to the learners as a mode of delivering education;
WHEREAS, the parents experienced problems in providing assistance to their children on the
process of studying the content of the modules and answering the questions;
WHEREAS, there is a need for a face to face classes for better understanding among learners;
WHEREAS, the Department of Education started the pilot face to face classes in some other
schools in the country
WHEREAS, the Barangay has no or Minimal cases of COVID 19;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Kagawad Severino Alas-as duly seconded by Kagawad Isidro
Alampay the body:
BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED< that face to face classes be conducted in BULAK
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that this Resolution be submitted to the office of the Schools Division
Superintendent, thru the Public Schools District Supervisor, Dauin District for appropriate action;
