    WHEREAS, the school adapted the modular distance learning mode in delivering education
    through the parents/ guardians of the learners of the school since pandemic started;
    WHEREAS, the parents/ guardians of the learners experienced difficulties in facilitating the
    mode of education at home using the modules specifically the process of developing literacy and
    numeracy skills of their children;
    WHEREAS, there was a need for face to face classes to seek professional help from the
    teachers of Bulak Elemntary School, Dauin District to improve the quality of education the children are
    getting during the modular distance learning;
    WHEREAS, the Department of Education implemented the progressive expansion of face to
    face classes in some other schools in the country;
    WHEREAS, the Barangay Bulak has no or minimal cases of COVID 19;
    NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Kagawad Severino Alas-as duly seconded by Kagawad
    Isidro Alampay the body:
    BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that face to face classes be conducted in
    BULAK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, DAUIN DISTRICT;

    RESOLVED FURTHER, that this Resolution be submitted to the office of the Schools Division
    Superintendent, thru the Public Schools District Supervisor, Dauin District for appropriate action;

    I HEREBY CERTIFY, to the correctness of the foregoing Resolution No. ___ s. 2022
