as per specifications, drawings and as
approved by the Engineer/Employer and
including cable 4 core 16sqmm from power
source upto machine room) earthing cable of
6mm in the machine room and small DB with
breakers in the machine room etc. with
operation of Lifts by deploying expert
operators and maintenance with parts for one
year after taking over certificate and during
defect liability period till final completion
