This study examined the level of social media utilization in the work performance of the Philippine National Police (PNP) in the Second District of Capiz. It found that the PNP highly utilizes social media for documentation, information sharing, and communication. However, guidelines around off-duty personnel posting information related to official duties was only moderately utilized. Overall social media utilization was found to be high, and no significant differences were found when comparing responses based on demographics or work profiles.
