ABSTRACT

The development of information technology today affects all aspects of life. Among
the aspects that affect information technology is business and business. Information
technology in the field of business cannot be underestimated anymore, because the
existence of information technology will help business and business owners in
making a business decision, determining the next step and how to develop it so that
it is more advanced. One of the technologies that affects business and business is
Es.co Cafe Paya Meuneng which is engaged in the business of selling (ordering)
food and drinks, where in the process of ordering the food menu available at the
cafe, it is still done according to the menu recorded on paper (note). This Menual
system is not well integrated and takes a long time when customers place orders
and takes time in making sales reports carried out by Cafe employees, so from these
problems the authors propose a new system that is more effective and efficient. The
purpose of this researcher is to design a web-based food and beverage ordering
information system, in developing this information system the authors apply the
Open Authorization method (Oauth 2.0). Research was made to create an
authentication request module for access to Google, by utilizing a third party
(client) authentication process using the Open Aouth 2.0 authorization protocol. By
utilizing the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) protocol, the token is sent to
the destination email server, then verified using the Oauth 2.0 third-party
authorization module. If the recipient is valid, then the token will be sent
immediately and the client can access the ordering data.
