In view of the Department of Education’s advocacy of No Learner must be left

Behind,Valverde National High School launched the Project AGAP(Asses,Guide and
Act Promptly).This innovation project aims to help struggling learners be able to cope
with their studies especially in Mathematics.
This project has the following objectives:
1. Provide assistance to learner/s who are/is struggling in a specific competency in
Mathematics
2. Create strategies and techniques that could help learner/s achieve mastery of a
specific competency in mathematics.
3. Asses improvement of the learner/s in a specific competency in Mathematics

INNOVATION STATEMENT(EDITED)

Act Promptly).This innovation project aims to help struggling learners achieve
mastery of a specific competency by providing assistance through the use of
LAC(Learner’s Assessment Card) of learner/s.
