Study Plan

I am Julia J. Akiti a senior student at the University of Liberia and anticipating graduating by
December 2023 with a Master of Management. I am interested in pursuing a master’s degree in
Business Administration which will broaden my understanding of Business. I am married with a
daughter and a Liberian by nationality. In 2017, I obtain a Bachelor of Business Administration
from the University of Liberia. In my pursuit to gain experience in business field, in 2018, I had
the opportunity to work with the Liberia CICA Motor group as a credit Controller. The joy and
ideas I experience from working and interacting with customer and client motivated me to pursue
a career in Business Administration.

Reason for Pursuing Business Administration: It helps sharpen and develop your management
skills which business employers require. Some of the management skills include problem-
solving, communication, organizing, strategic thinking, leadership, project management, and
others. obtaining a business administration degree, you can be your own boss: you
become versatile in your choice of operation. You can choose to start your own business
using all the skills you have acquired or work for a company. Pursuing a business
administration degree can positively impact your career and personal life, as it can provide you
with the skills needed to make financial and management decisions in your career and in your
own life. Additionally, a business administration degree positions you for a variety of career
paths but specifically prepare you for a career in business or management, applicable to your

industry of choice.

Reason to study in China: China has one of the fastest growing economics in the world. The
educational institutions available for international students in china are of very high reputation
and prestige. In recent years china has poured a lot of money in their educational system and
begun to provide many full scholarships to college students. Chinese Universities are renowned
for their excellence in science, technology, engineering, math, management and so on. There are
several great colleges in china offer several different types of degree program including,
engineering business and medicine. Studying in china is a great opportunity and prospect for me
because you become more aware not only of yourself and your culture but also of the culture of
your host country. One become more flexible in dealing with other people from around their
culture and culture.

Study Plan in China: I will create new ideas and funding to accompany the professors and
university colleagues in research by exploring relationship in Business Administration.
First Year (2023-2024)
- I will focus on reviewing related articles, Learning Methods/Design and attending core
courses. I will work with my professor, attend seminar and workshop that is related to my field of
study. I will also carry out research and design my research Proposal under the supervision
of my professor.

Second Year (2024-2025)

Performing research plan according to my proposal, arranging experiments, Collection of data
using a Questionnaire survey and analyzing the result. Writing high-quality research Paper and
will be sent for Publication in an SCI journal. At the start of this year, I will Submit a draft thesis
for review and correction to my professor. I will complete my graduate research and focus on my
dissertation defense. I will return to my country after my graduate program.

My Plan after graduation: My goal is to exchange goods and services between China with my
country and other countries.
