    Meeting Minutes

    Date: January 15th, 2021

    Time: 8.00pm-8.15pm

    Location: Zoom

    Items Covered:

    1. Broken string on the net. Will need a new string. Cheap isn’t too much. Can get from a

    store nearby.

    2. Plans for new Badminton net for the 2nd court. Want to apply for funding for that costs.

    Will most likely need a proof of fundraising, which we will try to do with an intramural

    tournament we will organize. Plans for the intramural tournament will be discussed at a

    later date.
