Working with NATIONAL BUREAU OF STATISTICS (NBS) as a Content Supervisor from
July 29, 2022 – August 2022
➢ Ensuring that every Census clerk identifies his/her elimination area (EA)
➢ Ensure that each clerk has the necessary equipment as listed in the “Census Clerk Guide”
➢ Ensuring that clerks understand the work, schedules are well prepared and they follow it.
➢ Ensuring the community questionnaire at street level has been fully interviewed by the
relevant clerk within three days prior to counting people.
➢ Collaborate with the local leadership to identify if in the elimination area (EA) there are
special groups that need to be counted in a systematic order that will be different from other
ordinary households.
➢ Allocate households to each clerk according to the planned procedure and ensure each
household is counted only once.
➢ Ensure that all people slept within the boundaries of the elimination area on the eve of
census day has counted.
➢ Ensuring that every building in the elimination area (EA) is accessible and counted after
the main census exercise.
➢ Ensure that all residential addresses in the elimination area have been registered.
➢ Communicating with the clerks regularly, evaluate their performance and where necessary,
provide additional guidance.
➢ Consult with various officials and higher authorities if there is any challenge that require
decisions at that level.

DUTIES: AS ACCOUNTANT

➢ To prepare bank reconciliation and follow up the balance of bank accounts.
