prepares minutes of the board meetings as well as shareholder meetings. He recording minutes
of a meeting means that the secretary takes note of who is present, the names of directors, and
other formalities in a document.

The corporation will assign some of its employees the position of technology suppliers and
applicators. They will be the ones to consider the technology that the company requires. They
will also determine whether there is a suitable budget for using technology and whether they
can utilize that money to pay for it. The use of technology when it comes to sharing information
about the product is equally as vital as the use of newly designed tools and equipment that may
assist in product creation. When it comes to generating things for sale, such as creating an
application that customers can use to place orders, technology suppliers and app developers
will also be in control.
