Company Overview

The Valide Enterprise is a new start-up food and beverages provider where under
the name Arsh Bilqis, our company provides Arabic Cuisine, Yemeni Authentic food
to be precise. Arsh Bilqis will strive to provide an authentic cuisine which originated
from Yemen with a fast-grab-food concept to cater for a gap of Arabic Cuisine in
Malaysia’s food and beverages industry.

Management Team
Our management team is inclusive of four individuals with various background ;

Shah Iskandar bin Mohamed Yatim is a General Manager in Qasar Hadramawt

Restaurant Penang which serve an authentic Yemeni Cuisine. He was previously a
postgraduate from University Utara Malaysia which holds a Masters Degree in
International Business.

Shah Jehan bin Mohamed Yatim is currently a Pilot for Malaysia Airlines Berhad
who was formerly a General Manager in a well established private security firm
known as Urus Kota Security Services Sdn Bhd and had served them for 10 years.

Ala Ghaleb Hamood has been a Manager in Qasar Hadramawt Restaurant Penang
since the past 10 years and has more than adequate amount of experience dealing with
this industry.

Noor Ain binti Zainol is a Diploma holder in Accounting whom graduated from
UiTM Merbok and had shown tremendous excellence in her studies.

Products and Mission

Our main food trade is Arabic Shawarma and Kebabs. As most of Arabic
Cuisine is serve in fancy Arabic Restaurant, our mission is to bring down the gap and
make it more accessible to the mass market in a simplified yet authentic version of
this delicacy. This is the reason why our target locations will mostly be in shopping
mall food courts. Our chef that will be deployed in the outlet is originally from
Yemen. Our projected goals are to be able to open up 10 outlets by end of this year at
best and a total of 40 outlets by the end of 2021 throughout Malaysian peninsular.
