whereby I Need Coffee will provide professional services of the founder after becoming
incredibly fascinated with coffee making, on December 14-17, 2022, at 8:00am to 7:00pm, at the
following location:
NU Fairview

NUFV-ICE:SC is being sponsored by the I Need Coffee and will be compensated for services
provided. Sponsorship will be disbursed upon completion of all services. Please sign both copies
of this agreement.

I am Martinez, Loriella Mae from BS Civil Engineering (CE223). I

would like to ask you for approval/permission for our business 'I Need
Coffee' to enter the Campus in the upcoming CET Week that will be held
on December 14-17 (Wednesday to Saturday).

We sell affordable and high quality Coffee and Non-Coffee

beverage, the date of our preparation will be on December 12-14 and the
item that we'll bring that needs to be plugged in is a water heater and we
plan to sell from 8am to 7pm.
