Terms of Reference for MPH Booking System

 All staff are required to book the room if they want to use MPH room

 Staff need to inform the person-charge one day before if they need to

cancel their booking via email

 We will cancel your booking if you did not inform us after 15 minutes
late and open the slot to other staffs

 Staff only allow to use the room based on the date and time they are
booking
 Be aware that you do not allow to use other table than the one you
selected in the booking

 We have the right to request you to leave the room if you use the
room without booking

 Please be aware that we will cancel your booking in the event for an
important meeting

 Keep the room clean and tidy after use

 Please lock the room and return the key back to the respective place

 Please remove your shoes before entering the room

 Please do not touch anything in the MPH or remove the power plug
unnecessary

 Please switch off the air-con and lights before leaving room

 Please take note that if you violated the rules


- 1st time: Verbally Warning
- 2nd time: Email Warning
- 3rd time: Banned from using the room for one months
