‫‪ .٢‬اﻟﺘﻨﻈﻒ‬ ‫ﻋﲆ ﺍﳊﺞ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﺮﺓ؛ ﻷﻧﻪ ﻣﻦ ﺣﲔ ﺳﻔﺮﻩ ﻣﻦ ﺑﻠﺪﻩ ﻭﻫﻮ ﻋﺎﺯﻡ‬
‫ﻋﲆ ﺍﳊﺞ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﺮﺓ‪ ،‬ﻭﻻ ﻳﺼﲑ ﳏﺮ ﹰﻣﺎ ﺑﺎﻟﺘﺠﺮﺩ ﻣﻦ ﺍﳌﺨﻴﻂ ﺃﻭ‬
‫ﻭﺫﻟﻚ ﻧﺘﻒ ﺷﻌﺮ ﺇﺑﻄﻴﻪ ﻭﻋﺎﻧﺘﻪ‪ ،‬ﺣﻠﻖ ﺷﺎﺭﺑﻪ ﻭﻗﺺ ﺃﻇﻔﺎﺭﻩ‪.‬‬
‫ﺍﻟﺘﻠﺒﻴﺔ ﻣﻦ ﻏﲑ ﻧﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺪﺧﻮﻝ ﰲ ﺍﻟﻨﺴﻚ؛ ﻟﻘﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﻨﺒﻲ ﷺ‪» :‬ﺇﹺﻧ ﹶﱠﲈ‬

‫ﻮﻝ ﺍﷲ ﹺﷺ‬ ‫ﺐ ﹶﺭ ﹸﺳ ﹶ‬ ‫ﳊﺪﻳﺚ ﻋﺎﺋﺸﺔ ‪ ‬ﹶﻗﺎ ﹶﻟ ﹾﺖ‪ » :‬ﹸﻛﻨ ﹸﹾﺖ ﹸﺃ ﹶﻃ ﱢﻴ ﹸ‬

‫)ﺭﻭﺍﻩ ﺃﲪﺪ(‪ ،‬ﻭﺃﻣﺎ ﺍﳌﺮﺃﺓ ﻓﺘ ﹾﹸﺤﺮﻡ ﺑﲈ ﺷﺎﺀﺕ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺜﻴﺎﺏ‪ ،‬ﻭﻟﻴﺲ ﳍﺎ ﻟﻮﻥ ﻣﻌﲔ‪ ،‬ﻟﻜﻦ ﲡﺘﻨﺐ ﺍﻟﺘﺸﺒﻪ ﺑﺎﻟﺮﺟﺎﻝ ﻭﻟﺒﺎﺱ ﺍﻟﺰﻳﻨﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﻻ ﺗﻠﺒﺲ‬ ‫ﹺ‬

‫ﺍﻹﺣﺮﺍﻡ ﻭﻻ ﺍﻟ ﹸﻘ ﹼﻔﺎﺯﻳﻦ)‪ ،(٣‬ﺇﻻ ﺇﺫﺍ ﻛﺎﻧﺖ ﺑﺤﴬﺓ ﺭﺟﺎﻝ ﺃﺟﺎﻧﺐ‪ ،‬ﻓﺘﻐﻄﻲ ﻭﺟﻬﻬﺎ ﺣﻴﻨﺌﺬ ﺑﺄﻥ ﺗﺴﺪﻝ ﺍﻟﺜﻮﺏ ﻣﻦ ﺭﺃﺳﻬﺎ؛ ﳌﺎ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻨﱢﻘ ﹶﺎ ﹶﺏ ﰲ ﹺ‬
‫ﺎﺕ‪ ،‬ﹶﻓﺈﹺ ﹶﺫﺍ ﹶﺣﺎ ﹶﺫ ﹾﻭﺍ ﺑﹺﻨﹶﺎ ﹶﺳﺪﹶ ﹶﻟ ﹾﺖ ﺇﹺ ﹾﺣﺪﹶ ﺍﻧﹶﺎ‬‫ﻮﻝ ﺍﷲﱠﹺ ﹶﺻ ﱠﲆ ﺍﷲﹸ ﹶﻋ ﹶﻠ ﹾﻴ ﹺﻪ ﹶﻭ ﹶﺳ ﱠﻠ ﹶﻢ ﹸﳏ ﹾ ﹺﺮ ﹶﻣ ﹲ‬ ‫ﻭﻥ ﺑﹺﻨﹶﺎ ﹶﻭﻧ ﹾﹶﺤ ﹸﻦ ﻣ ﹶﻊ ﺭﺳ ﹺ‬
‫ﹶ ﹶ ﹸ‬ ‫ﺎﻥ ﹶﻳ ﹸﻤ ﱡﺮ ﹶ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺮ ﹾﻛ ﹶﺒ ﹸ‬
‫ﹶﺎﻥ ﱡ‬ ‫ﺛﺒﺖ ﹶﻋ ﹾﻦ ﹶﻋ ﹺﺎﺋ ﹶﺸ ﹶﺔ‪ ،‬ﹶﻗﺎ ﹶﻟ ﹾﺖ‪» :‬ﻛ ﹶ‬

‫ﻓﺈﹺﻥ ﱂ ﻳﻜﻦ ﻣﻼﺻ ﹰﻘﺎ ﻟﺮﺃﺳﻪ‪ ،‬ﻛﺄﻥ ﻳﺴﺘﻌﻤﻞ ﻣﻈﻠﺔ )ﺷﻤﺴﻴﺔ(‪ ،‬ﺃﻭ ﺧﻴﻤﺔ ﺃﻭ ﺳﻘﻒ ﺑﻴﺖ ﺃﻭ ﺳﻴﺎﺭﺓ ﻓﻼ ﺇﺛﻢ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ‪.‬‬

‫ﹶﺕ‪ ،‬ﻭ ﹶﻻ ﺍ ﹾﻟﱪﺍﻧﹺﺲ‪ ،‬ﻭ ﹶﻻ ﹾ ﹺ‬
‫»ﻻ ﹶﺗ ﹾﻠﺒﺴﻮﺍ ﺍ ﹾﻟ ﹸﻘﻤﺺ‪ ،‬ﻭ ﹶﻻ ﺍ ﹾﻟﻌﲈ ﹺﺋﻢ‪ ،‬ﻭ ﹶﻻ ﺍﻟﴪ ﹺﺍﻭﻳﻼ ﹺ‬
‫ﺍﳋ ﹶﻔ ﹶ‬

‫َص ۡي ُد ٱل ۡ َ ّ َ ُ ۡ ُ ۡ ُ ٗ‬
‫ﻣﺒﺎﺣﺎ ﻣﻦ ﺍﳊﻴﻮﺍﻧﺎﺕ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﻄﻴﻮﺭ‪.‬‬ ‫ب ما دمتم ح ُرماۗ ( ]ﺍﳌﺎﺋﺪﺓ‪ .[٩٦ :‬ﻭﺍﳌﺮﺍﺩ ﺑﺼﻴﺪ ﺍﻟﱪ‪ :‬ﻣﺎ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻭﺣﺸﻴﺎ ﹰ‬ ‫ِ‬
‫ﺃﻣﺎ ﺍﳊﻴﻮﺍﻥ ﺍﳌﺴﺘﺄﻧﺲ ﻓﻠﻴﺲ ﺑﺼﻴﺪ‪ ،‬ﻓﻴﺠﻮﺯ ﻟﻠﻤﺤﺮﻡ ﺫﺑﺢ ﺍﻟﺪﺟﺎﺝ ﻭﲠﻴﻤﺔ ﺍﻷﻧﻌﺎﻡ ﻭﻧﺤﻮﻫﺎ؛ ﻭﺃﻣﺎ ﺻﻴﺪ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺮ ﻓﺠﺎﺋﺰ‪ ،‬ﻟﻘﻮﻟﻪ ﺗﻌﺎﱃ‪:‬‬

‫ك ۡم َص ۡي ُد ۡٱلَ ۡحر َو َط َع ُ‬
‫ام ُهۥ ( ]ﺍﳌﺎﺋﺪﺓ‪ [٩٦ :‬ﻭﺃﻣﺎ ﺍﳊﻴﻮﺍﻥ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﳛﺮﻡ ﺃﻛﻠﻪ ﻛﺎﳊﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﻘﺮﺏ ﻓﻴﺠﻮﺯ ﻗﺘﻠﻪ‪ ،‬ﻭﳚﻮﺯ ﻟﻠﻤﺤﺮﻡ ﻗﺘﻞ‬ ‫ِ‬ ‫) أحِل ل‬
‫ﻛﻞ ﺣﻴﻮﺍﻥ ﺍﻋﺘﺪ￯ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺇﺫﺍ ﱂ ﻳﺴﺘﻄﻊ ﺩﻓﻌﻪ ﺇﻻ ﺑﺬﻟﻚ‪.‬‬

‫‪ .٧‬ﻋﻘﺪ اﻟﻨﻜﺎح‬
‫ﳊﺪﻳﺚ ﻋﺜﲈﻥ ‪ ‬ﺃﻥ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ ﺍﷲ ﷺ ﻗﺎﻝ‪» :‬ﻻ ﹶﻳﻨ ﹺﹾﻜ ﹸﺢ ﺍ ﹸﳌ ﹾﺤ ﹺﺮ ﹸﻡ‪،‬‬

‫ﻋﺰ ﻭﺟﻞ‪ ،‬ﻭﻫﻲ ﻓﻌﻞ ﺃﻭﺍﻣﺮﻩ‪ ،‬ﻭﺍﺟﺘﻨﺎﺏ ﻧﻮﺍﻫﻴﻪ‪.‬‬ ‫)ﺭﻭﺍﻩ ﺍﻟﺒﺨﺎﺭﻱ(‪.‬‬
‫‪ .٢‬ﺃﻥ ﻳﻜﺘﺐ ﻣﺎ ﻟﻪ ﻭﻣﺎ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺪﻳﻦ‪ ،‬ﻭﻳﺸﻬﺪ ﻋﲆ ﺫﻟﻚ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻭ ﺗﻐﻄﻲ ﺍﳌﺮﺃﺓ ﻭﺟﻬﻬﺎ ﻋﻨﺪ ﺍﻟﺮﺟﺎﻝ ﺍﻷﺟﺎﻧﺐ‬
‫‪ .٣‬ﻭﳚﺐ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺍﳌﺒﺎﺩﺭﺓ ﺇﱃ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺑﺔ ﺍﻟﻨﱠﺼﻮﺡ ﻣﻦ ﲨﻴﻊ ﺍﻟﺬﻧﻮﺏ‬ ‫ﺑﻐﲑ ﺍﻟﻨﻘﺎﺏ ﺑﺄﻥ ﺗﺴﺪﻝ ﺍﻟﺜﻮﺏ ﻣﻦ ﺭﺃﺳﻬﺎ‪ ،‬ﻭﻳﺒﺎﺡ‬
‫ﻭﺗﻮﺑﻮﺍ ﺇﱃ ﺍﷲ ﲨﻴﻌﺎ ﺃﳞﺎ ﺍﳌﺆﻣﻨﻮﻥ ﻟﻌﻠﻜﻢ ﺗﻔﻠﺤﻮﻥ‪ ،‬ﻗﺎﻝ‬ ‫ﳍﺎ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﲇ ﺑﺎﻟﺬﻫﺐ‪.‬‬

‫)‪ (١‬ﺍﻟﻨﻘﺎﺏ‪ :‬ﻣﺎ ﺗﻐﻄﻲ ﺑﻪ ﺍﳌﺮﺃﺓ ﻭﺟﻬﻬﺎ‬
‫يات ِك ۡم َو ُي ۡدخِلك ۡم‬ ‫عس ربكم أن يك ِفر عنكم س ِ ٔ‬ ‫)‪ (٢‬ﺍﻟﻘﻔﺎﺯ‪ :‬ﻣﺎ ﻳﻠﺒﺲ ﰲ ﺍﻟﻴﺪ‬
‫ۡ َۡ‬ ‫َۡ‬ ‫َ َّ ٰ َ ۡ‬
‫ت ت ِري مِن تت ِ َها ٱلن َه ٰ ُر ( ]ﺍﻟﺘﺤﺮﻳﻢ‪.[٨ :‬‬ ‫جن ٖ‬
‫‪ .٤‬ﺇﻥ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻋﻨﺪﻩ ﻣﻈﺎﱂ ﻣﻦ ﻧﻔﺲ ﺃﻭ ﻣﺎﻝ ﺃﻭ ﻋﺮﺽ ﺭﺩﻫﺎ ﺇﱃ‬ ‫ﺗﻮﺟﻴﻬﺎت‬
‫ﺃﺻﺤﺎﲠﺎ ﺃﻭ ﲢﻠﻠﻬﻢ ﻣﻨﻬﺎ ﻗﺒﻞ ﺳﻔﺮﻩ ﻛﲈ ﺻﺢ ﻋﻨﻪ ﷺ ﺃﻧﻪ‬
‫ﹶﺎﻥ ﹺﻋﻨﹾﺪﹶ ﹸﻩ ﻣ ﹾﻈ ﹺﻠﻤ ﹲﺔ ﹺﻷﹶ ﹺﺧ ﹺﻴﻪ ﹺﻣ ﹾﻦ ﻣ ﹴ‬ ‫‪ .١‬ﻻ ﺃﺻﻞ ﳌﺎ ﹸﻳ ﹶﺴ ﱠﻤﻰ ﺻﻼﺓ ﺳﻨﺔ ﺭﻛﻌﺘﻲ ﺍﻹﺣﺮﺍﻡ‪ ،‬ﻛﲈ ﱂ ﻳﴩﻉ‬
‫ﺽ‬ ‫ﺎﻝ ﹶﺃ ﹾﻭ ﹺﻋ ﹾﺮ ﹴ‬ ‫ﹶ‬ ‫ﹶ ﹶ‬ ‫ﻗﺎﻝ‪ » :‬ﹶﻣ ﹾﻦ ﻛ ﹶ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺘﺰﺍﻡ ﺩﻋﺎﺀ ﻣﻌﲔ ﻋﻨﺪ ﺍﻹﺣﺮﺍﻡ‪.‬‬
‫ﹺ‬
‫ﹸﻮﻥ ﺩﻳﻨ ﹲﹶﺎﺭ ﹶﻭ ﹶﻻ ﺩ ﹾﺭ ﹶﻫ ﹲﻢ‪ :‬ﺇﹺ ﹾﻥ‬ ‫ﹺ‬ ‫ﹶﻓ ﹾﻠ ﹶﻴﺘ ﹶﹶﺤ ﱠﻠ ﹾﻞ ﹺﻣﻨﹾ ﹸﻪ ﺍ ﹾﻟ ﹶﻴ ﹾﻮ ﹶﻡ ﹶﻗ ﹾﺒ ﹶﻞ ﹶﺃ ﹾﻥ ﹶﻻ ﹶﻳﻜ ﹶ‬
‫ﻣﺴﺎﻓﺮﺍ ﺑﺎﻟﻄﺎﺋﺮﺓ ﻭﺧﴚ ﺃﻻ ﻳﺘﻤﻜﻦ ﻣﻦ ﻟﺒﺲ‬
‫ﹰ‬ ‫‪ .٢‬ﻟﻮ ﻛﺎﻥ ﺍﳌﺴﺎﻓﺮ‬
‫ﹶﺎﻥ ﹶﻟ ﹸﻪ ﹶﻋ ﹶﻤ ﹲﻞ ﹶﺻﺎﻟﹺ ﹲﺢ ﹸﺃ ﹺﺧ ﹶﺬ ﹺﻣﻨﹾ ﹸﻪ ﺑﹺ ﹶﻘﺪﹾ ﹺﺭ ﹶﻣ ﹾﻈ ﹶﻠ ﹶﻤﺘﹺ ﹺﻪ‪ ،‬ﹶﻭﺇﹺ ﹾﻥ ﹶﱂ ﹾ ﹶﺗ ﹸﻜ ﹾﻦ ﹶﻟ ﹸﻪ‬ ‫ﻛ ﹶ‬ ‫ﻣﻼﺑﺲ ﺍﻹﺣﺮﺍﻡ ﺇﺫﺍ ﻭﺻﻞ ﻟﻠﻤﻴﻘﺎﺕ ﻓﻴﻠﺒﺴﻬﺎ ﻣﻦ ﻣﻨﺰﻟﻪ ﺃﻭ‬
‫ﻋ ﹶﻠ ﹾﻴﻪ«‪) .‬ﺭﻭﺍﻩ ﺍﻟﺒﺨﺎﺭﻱ(‪.‬‬
‫ﹺ‬ ‫ﹺ‬ ‫ﹺ‬ ‫ﹺ‬ ‫ﹺ‬ ‫ﹺ‬
‫ﹶﺣ ﹶﺴﻨﹶ ﹶﺎ ﹲﺕ ﹸﺃﺧ ﹶﺬ ﻣ ﹾﻦ ﹶﺳ ﱢﻴ ﹶﺌﺎﺕ ﹶﺻﺎﺣﺒﹺﻪ ﹶﻓ ﹸﺤﻤ ﹶﻞ ﹶ‬ ‫ﹺ‬
‫ﻣﻦ ﺍﳌﻄﺎﺭ‪ ،‬ﻭﻻ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﳏﺮ ﹰﻣﺎ ﺑﺬﻟﻚ ﺣﺘﻰ ﻳﻨﻮﻱ ﺍﻟﻨﺴﻚ ﻗﺒﻞ‬
‫‪ .٥‬ﺃﻥ ﻳﻨﺘﺨﺐ ﳊﺠﻪ ﻭﻋﻤﺮﺗﻪ ﻧﻔﻘﺔ ﻃﻴﺒﺔ ﻣﻦ ﻣﺎﻝ ﺣﻼﻝ ﳌﺎ ﺻﺢ‬ ‫ﺃﻥ ﳛﺎﺫﻱ ﺍﳌﻴﻘﺎﺕ‪.‬‬
‫ﻋﻨﻪ ﷺ ﺃﻧﻪ ﻗﺎﻝ‪» :‬ﺇﻥ ﺍﷲ ﺗﻌﺎﱃ ﻃﻴﺐ ﻻ ﻳﻘﺒﻞ ﺇﻻ ﻃﻴﺒﺎ‪،‬‬
‫ﻭﺇﻥ ﺍﷲ ﺗﻌﺎﱃ ﺃﻣﺮ ﺍﳌﺆﻣﻨﲔ ﺑﲈ ﺃﻣﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺍﳌﺮﺳﻠﲔ ﻓﻘﺎﻝ ﺗﻌﺎﱃ‪:‬‬
‫ۡ ُ ْ َ‬ ‫ٱلر ُس ُل ُكُوا ْ م َِن َّ َ‬ ‫َ َ‬
‫ت َوٱع َملوا صٰل ًِحاۖ (‬ ‫ٱلط ّيِبٰ ِ‬ ‫يأ ُّي َها ُّ‬‫) ٰٓ‬
‫ْ‬ ‫ُ‬ ‫ُ‬ ‫ْ‬ ‫َّ‬ ‫َ‬
‫ت‬ ‫َ‬
‫ِين َءامنوا كوا مِن َط ّيِبٰ ِ‬
‫يأ ُّي َها ٱل َ َ ُ‬ ‫ﺍﻵﻳﺔ‪ .‬ﻭﻗﺎﻝ ﺗﻌﺎﱃ‪ٰٓ َ ) :‬‬
‫َ‬ ‫َ‬
‫نت ۡم إِيَّاهُ ت ۡع ُب ُدون ‪( ١٧٢‬‬ ‫ك ُروا ْ ِ َّ ِ إن ُك ُ‬ ‫َ َ َۡ َٰ ُ ۡ َ ۡ ُ‬
‫ما رزقنكم وٱش‬

‫]ﺍﻟﺒﻘﺮﺓ‪ ،[١٧٢ :‬ﺛﻢ ﺫﻛﺮ ﺍﻟﺮﺟﻞ ﻳﻄﻴﻞ ﺍﻟﺴﻔﺮ ﺃﺷﻌﺚ ﺃﻏﱪ ﻳﻤﺪ‬

‫ﻳﺪﻳﻪ ﺇﱃ ﺍﻟﺴﲈﺀ‪ :‬ﻳﺎ ﺭﺏ‪ ،‬ﻳﺎ ﺭﺏ‪ .‬ﻭﻣﻄﻌﻤﻪ ﺣﺮﺍﻡ‪،‬‬


‫ﻭﻣﴩﺑﻪ ﺣﺮﺍﻡ‪ ،‬ﻭﻣﻠﺒﺴﻪ ﺣﺮﺍﻡ‪ ،‬ﻭﻏﺬﻱ ﺑﺎﳊﺮﺍﻡ‪ ،‬ﻓﺄﻧﻰ‬
‫ﻳﺴﺘﺠﺎﺏ ﻟﺬﻟﻚ؟!«‪) .‬ﺭﻭﺍﻩ ﻣﺴﻠﻢ(‪.‬‬

‫‪ .٦‬ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻘﺼﺪ ﺑﺤﺠﻪ ﻭﻋﻤﺮﺗﻪ ﻭﺟﻪ ﺍﷲ ﻭﺍﻟﺪﺍﺭ ﺍﻵﺧﺮﺓ‬

‫ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻘﺮﺏ ﺇﱃ ﺍﷲ ﺑﲈ ﻳﺮﺿﻴﻪ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻷﻗﻮﺍﻝ ﻭﺍﻷﻋﲈﻝ ﰲ ﺗﻠﻚ‬


‫ﺍﳌﻮﺍﺿﻊ ﺍﻟﴩﻳﻔﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﳛﺬﺭ ﻛﻞ ﺍﳊﺬﺭ ﻣﻦ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻘﺼﺪ ﺑﺤﺠﻪ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺪﻧﻴﺎ ﻭﺣﻄﺎﻣﻬﺎ‪ ،‬ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﺮﻳﺎﺀ ﻭﺍﻟﺴﻤﻌﺔ ﻭﺍﳌﻔﺎﺧﺮﺓ ﺑﺬﻟﻚ‪.‬‬
‫ﴩﻉ ﻟﻪ ﰲ ﺣﺠﻪ ﻭﻋﻤﺮﺗﻪ ﻭﻳﺘﻔﻘﻪ‬ ‫‪ .٧‬ﻭﻳﻨﺒﻐﻲ ﻟﻪ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺘﻌﻠﻢ ﻣﺎ ﹸﻳ ﹾ ﹶ‬
‫ﰲ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻭﻳﺴﺄﻝ ﻋﲈ ﺃﺷﻜﻞ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻟﻴﻜﻮﻥ ﻋﲆ ﺑﺼﲑﺓ‪ ،‬ﻭﳑﺎ‬
‫ﻳﺆﺳﻒ ﻟﻪ ﺃﻥ ﻛﺜﲑﺍ ﻣﻦ ﺍﳊﺠﺎﺝ ﻳﺬﻫﺒﻮﻥ ﺇﱃ ﺍﳊﺞ ﺩﻭﻥ‬
‫ﺃﻥ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﳍﻢ ﻋﻠﻢ ﺑﻜﻴﻔﻴﺔ ﺍﳊﺞ‪ ،‬ﻓﻴﻀﻴﻌﻮﻥ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﻢ ﺑﻌﺾ‬
‫ﻓﺮﻭﺿﻪ ﳑﺎ ﻳﺒﻄﻞ ﺣﺠﻬﻢ‪.‬‬
‫ﻣﻦ أﺣﻜﺎم ا<ﺣﺮام‬
‫• ﺍﳌﺤﺮﻡ ﺇﺫﺍ ﺳﻘﻂ ﻣﻦ ﺭﺃﺳﻪ ﺷﻌﺮﺍﺕ ﻋﻨﺪ ﻣﺴﺤﻪ ﰲ ﺍﻟﻮﺿﻮﺀ‬
‫ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﻐﺴﻞ ﱂ ﻳﴬﻩ‪ ،‬ﻭﻛﺬﻟﻚ ﻟﻮ ﺳﻘﻂ ﻣﻦ ﺷﺎﺭﺑﻪ ﺃﻭ ﻣﻦ‬
‫ﳊﻴﺘﻪ ﺃﻭ ﻣﻦ ﺃﻇﺎﻓﺮﻩ ﳾﺀ ﻻ ﻳﴬﻩ ﺃﻳﻀﺎ ﻣﺎ ﱂ ﻳﺘﻌﻤﺪ ﻫﻮ‬
‫ﺇﺳﻘﺎﻃﻪ‪ ،‬ﻭﻳﺴﺘﻮﻱ ﰲ ﺫﻟﻚ ﺍﻟﺬﻛﺮ ﻭﺍﻷﻧﺜﻰ ﺇﻥ ﺳﻘﻂ ﻣﻨﻬﺎ‬
‫ﺷﻌﺮ ﺃﻭ ﻇﻔﺮ ﻻ ﻳﴬﻫﺎ‪.‬‬
‫• ﳚﻮﺯ ﻟﻠﻤﺤﺮﻡ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻀﻊ ﺭﺑﺎﻃﺎ ﻋﲆ ﺭﺟﻠﻪ ﺇﻥ ﺍﺣﺘﺎﺝ ﺍﱃ‬
‫ﺫﻟﻚ‪ ،‬ﺃﻭ ﻛﺎﻧﺖ ﻟﻪ ﻣﺼﻠﺤﺔ ﰲ ﺫﻟﻚ‪.‬‬
‫اﻻﺷﺘﺮاط ﻓﻲ اﻟﻨﻴﺔ‬
‫ﻣﻦ ﻛﺎﻥ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺮﺽ‪ ،‬ﺃﻭ ﺧﴚ ﺣﺪﻭﺙ ﻣﺎ ﻳﻌﻴﻘﻪ ﻋﻦ ﺇﻛﲈﻝ‬
‫ﺍﻹﺣﺮﺍﻡ ﻓﻴﻘﻮﻝ‪» :‬ﻟﺒﻴﻚ‬ ‫ﻧﺴﻜﻪ‪ ،‬ﺍﺳﺘﺤﺐ ﻟﻪ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺸﱰﻁ ﻋﻨﺪ ﹺ‬
‫ﻓﻤ ﹺﺤ ﱠﲇ ﺣﻴﺚ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻠﻬﻢ ﺑ ﹸﻌ ﹾﻤ ﹶﺮﺓ )ﺃﻭ ﻏﲑﻫﺎ( ﻓﺈﹺﻥ ﺣﺒﺴﻨﻲ ﺣﺎﺑﺲ ﹶ‬
‫ﻮﻝ ﺍﷲﱠﹺ ﷺ‬ ‫ﺣﺒﺴﺘﻨﻲ«‪ ،‬ﻓ ﹶﻌ ﹾﻦ ﹶﻋ ﹺﺎﺋ ﹶﺸ ﹶﺔ ‪ ‬ﹶﻗﺎ ﹶﻟ ﹾﺖ‪ :‬ﹶﺩ ﹶﺧ ﹶﻞ ﹶﺭ ﹸﺳ ﹸ‬
‫ﹺ‬ ‫ﹺ‬ ‫ﹶﻋ ﹶﲆ ﹸﺿﺒﺎ ﹶﻋ ﹶﺔ ﺑﹺﻨ ﹺ‬
‫ﺍﳊ ﱠﺞ؟«‪.‬‬‫ﺍﻟﺰ ﹶﺑ ﹾ ﹺﲑ‪ ،‬ﹶﻓ ﹶﻘ ﹶﺎﻝ ﹶﳍﹶﺎ‪ » :‬ﹶﻟ ﹶﻌ ﱠﻠﻚ ﹶﺃ ﹶﺭ ﹾﺩﺕ ﹾ ﹶ‬
‫ﹾﺖ ﱡ‬ ‫ﹶ‬
‫»ﺣ ﱢﺠﻲ‬ ‫ﹺ‬ ‫ﹺ‬
‫»ﻭﺍﷲﱠﹺ ﹶﻻ ﹶﺃﺟﺪﹸ ﲏ ﺇﹺﻻﱠ ﹶﻭﺟ ﹶﻌ ﹰﺔ « ﹶﻓ ﹶﻘ ﹶﺎﻝ ﹶﳍ ﹶﺎ‪ :‬ﹸ‬

‫ﻮﱄ‪ :‬ﺍﻟ ﱠﻠ ﹸﻬ ﱠﻢ ﹶ ﹺﳏ ﱢﲇ ﹶﺣ ﹾﻴ ﹸﺚ ﹶﺣ ﹶﺒ ﹾﺴﺘﹶﻨﹺﻲ «‪) .‬ﻣﺘﻔﻖ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ(‪،‬‬ ‫ﹶﻭ ﹾﺍﺷ ﹶ ﹺﱰﻃﹺﻲ‪ ،‬ﻭ ﹸﻗ ﹺ‬
‫ﻓﺈﹺﺫﺍ ﻗﺎﻝ ﺫﻟﻚ‪ ،‬ﻭﺣﺼﻞ ﻟﻪ ﻣﺎ ﻳﻌﻴﻘﻪ ﺟﺎﺯ ﻟﻪ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﻠﻞ ﺑﻐﲑ‬
‫ﳾﺀ‪.‬‬
