Are you, or is someone you know, hesitant to buy things over the Internet?

What risks concern you? What are companies doing to ease consumers’

concerns about the safety of Internet transactions?

- I know some people who are hesitant to buy on internet or online, even I am

very hesitant to do so. The reason that I am being hesitant is that scams are

very rampant nowadays, where people ordered things online and received a

package full of stone, trash, or even received a defective item. Another

concern that I consider buying online is the security of my personal data like

address, contact number, full name, or even account number if I will pay using

my bank account. These things made me very hesitant in buying online. Most

of the stores online usually gives assurance to the customers. Assurance that

their store is legit while sending pictures of proof of shipment for the other

customers that they had.
