Outcome: CO 2 - Explain the role of culture and perception formation in interpersonal
communication.
CO 3 - Apply interpersonal communication skills in a vast array of relational
experiences.
CO 4 - Assess the appropriateness and effectiveness of interpersonal messages used in
various interpersonal situations.
CO 5 - Apply relevant medium to observe interpersonal interactions.
