The Conduct of Regional Language and Numeracy with Science

June 24, 2022 at around 7:00 am, all learners were complete and the
class adviser assisted them in the usual IATF health protocol to ensure the
safety of the learners amidst pandemic. Jenelyn B. Quińonez, room examiner
officially opened the test questions and prepared the preliminaries, seat plan,
accomplishment of name grid and explained that the first part of the
examination taken are General Instruction, Learners Descriptive
Questionnaire, MTB, Mathematics, Filipino, Break, English and Science with
such corresponding allotted time. A total of 135 minutes to accomplish the said
test.
After explaining the flow of the test, the teacher orients the learners
about the rules to be followed during the test. It includes the following:
 All bags must be in the left side corner of the room and all notebook
should be left inside the bag.
 They must have lead pencil, eraser, sharpener and a sheet of blank
paper for computation purposes.
 They are not allowed to communicate in any way with any person other
than their room examiner during the examination.
 Learners are reminded to shade the circle for the correct option on
answer sheet.
 Learners are also reminded to avoid using liquid/tape eraser in erasing
the shaded circle.

At exactly 9:45 am, they started taking the test proper, General
Instructions with an allotted time of 10 minutes followed by LDQ, 5
minutes, MTB 20 minutes, Mathematics 20 minutes and Filipino 20
minutes. A short break of 20 minutes to allow learners to eat their
snacks inside the room.

After the short break, learners continue to take the remaining two
subjects, English and Science for 20 minutes respectively. Then, the Public
Schools District Supervisor, Jane T. Bacunana arrived for monitoring.

The examination ends at exactly 10:20 am, the remaining minutes are
allotted for the advisers time for the learners to arrange their things, to clean
the room and some reminders given by their adviser.
