About Our
Organization
A Brief Story About The Organization
We are group of youths who came together with a great

passion for the development of our society that seeks to
make and polish raw talent in our communities, state and
nation at large. We are highly skilled in the act and have a
reservoir of local and national exposure.
Our over all goal is to improve youths qualities such as:
peacefully coexistence, educational values, skills
acquisition, and creating awareness on the ills of social
vices. We are youths; we know the problems of our youths
and can relate to the sense of perception of the youths. So
we come to serve as a medium or a bridge to reach the
youths of Kaduna State. The youths are recognized not only
as future leaders but also as actors and foundation of our
society, with a directs take in the development process of
our nation.

societies, such as women, children and PWD's.
Clarion Voice For The Youths has earned recognition as an
organization of repute from Kaduna State Ministry of
Education and Federal Ministry of Labour and
Empowerment, Kaduna State. From year 2019-2021,

moulding of youths habit and behavioral act of re-
structuring and empowering them through creativity
to boost their self esteem, and also reduce the level
of ignorance and illiteracy in our communities and
the societies at large, through the projects we've
done in the past years

Back to School December 2019
The aim of the project was to shared text books and
writing materials to Primary and secondary schools and
also to enlighten them on the importance of the
knowledge they are seeking for. The project impacted
200 primary school and 300 Senior and Junior
Secondary School student by distributing 500 text book
and writing materials to the students in two community
schools, Muhammad Kabir Primary School Zango Road
Tudun Wada and Government Girls Secondry School
(Maimuna Gwarzo), Tudun Wada Kaduna State.
Mask on (Covid-19) May 2020

The aim of the project is to distribute hand sanitizers and
face mask to the less privileged in our communities and
also to sensitize them on the dangers of Covid-19
pandemic. The project impacted 383 person in Kabala
Doki and Unguwan Rimi, Kaduna State.
Project 101 (digital training) August 2020

Project 101 is an online post covid-19 project targeting
85% girls aged 15-35years. The project creates a
platform that enlightened the youths on Leadership,
Career and Personal Development, Discipline and
Responsibility and Discipline, Corruption, Security,
Branding, Digital and Catering skill, Duties and Obligation
of a citizen and Girl Child Education. The project
impacted 160 participants which 30% of the participants
are from other state across the country and 70% are
from Kaduna State.


Project 101 (physical training) January 2021
After the online training, only 96 of the participant
qualified in the physical training were trained in
partnership with National Youth Council of Nigeria,
Kaduna State and Federal Ministry of Labour and
Empowerment which 70% of them are girls on Catering
and Digital skills.
Project 5050 12th January 2022
The project enlightening of 350 girls on critical areas
concerning the girl child: Life of a Girl Child, Sexual and
Gender Based Violence (SGBV), Mensuration and
Ovulations Period and Concept of Reusable Sanitry Pads.
All the participants got sanitation pad as their take
away.


Management
and planning
Clarion Voice For The Youths process at internal reform
to strengthen its planning, monitoring and evaluation
function and its human resources, finance and
administrative management has begun to yield results.
Progress was made in standardizing a predictable year
planning process, as well as in starting to build the
capacity of members and providing guidance on
results, based planning and monitoring, as well as the
generation of lessons learned and best practices, will
require further improvement.
Decision making
Clarion Voice For The Youth believes that the decision
making is a key part of an (administration)
Administrative bodies activities, it permeates though all
managerial function such as planning, organization,
direction and control. Decision making involves thinking
and deciding before doing and its part of our function
in keep the view of our organization’s objectives,
policies, programs and strategies are our
organizational decision making process.


Structure and
Governing Council
The Governing Council of the organization is responsible for
the conduct of the organization’s General operations,
performing duties under power delegated by the council. As
provided in the Article of constitution. The Governing Council
meets regularly and the council serve Audit and budget for
programmed, develop and measure effectiveness,
Governance and Administrative matters. The administration
