3 Please note that the RELC scholarships cover the registration and tuition fees,
subsistence allowance, airfare and accommodation cost for the period of residential stay at
RELC.

4 We would appreciate it if Annex 2, Annex 3, Annex 5, Annex 6 (if applicable) and
Annex 7 of all nominated applicants could be submitted to RELC by the following
deadlines:

i. 27 November 2020 for courses (a) to (d)


ii. 26 February 2021 for courses (e) and (h) respectively.

5 In addition, the Centre will also be offering Research Fellowships to the region. The
intent of the SEAMEO RELC Research Fellowship is to promote research capacity in the
region, in studies relevant to the improvement of language education. More information on
