LUGEN ORTILANO A resident of Atabayan, Tigbauan, Iloilo.


Graduated from the University of San
Agustin. A former Overseas Filipino
Worker and is now the Vice Mayor of the
municipality of Tigbauan. Before joining
the Local Government Unit, Mr. Ortilano
was known for being extremely kind and
generous towards his residents in
Atabayan. He has provided numerous
amounts of assistance towards different
economic sectors and those people who
are in need of help. He is a silent nominee
for the position of Vice Mayor and
through his past actions and good heart
he had gained the trust of Tigbaueños.
Since his reign, he has been an active
government official aiming to boost the
economy of Tigbauan therefore gaining
partnership and collaboration with the
different organizations/ Last October 25,
2022 they have signed MOA of the
Overseas Workers Welfare Administration
(OWWA) to boost the employment rate
and provide service to the people of
Tigbauan. Lugen Ortilano has since been
an active public server, fulfilling his duties
with utmost sincerity in order to provide
the people of Tigbauan the best that they
can have.
ADRIAN CAMPOSAGRADO A graduate of Bachelor of Arts in
Communication and Media Studies at the
University of the Philippines Visayas,
where he was the former chairperson of
UP Visayas—University Student Council.
He studies Master of Public Governance
at West Visayas State University. He is an
elected auditor of the National Movement
of Young Legislators-Iloilo Province
Chapter and currently Tigbauan’s no. 1
and youngest sangguniang bayan
member. Also, the Vice Chairperson of
Active Citizenship and Good Governance
Committee at 12th National Youth
Parliament Philippines. Before joining
public governance, he founded a youth-
led network called “The EstrawngHeroes”
and is the sitting Chief Executive Officer of
the Organization. The organization
creates collaboration with the
government and establishments, and
cooperation among citizens towards
achieving sustainable single-use
plastic free Iloilo Province. They have
partnered with different organizations
locally and nationally and won several
awards. They continue to bring change to
the municipality of Tigbauan. Earlier, of
2021, they have collaborated with the
Office of the Vice President and even had
the chance to establish OVP’s Tigbauan
Community Learning Hub
