Performance-based Summative Test
Part A- Soulmaking; B- Art Talk (embedded)
Professor :Jose Marie E. Ocdenaria, LPT, PhD
Outcome :The students shall be able to create and showcase a soulmaking (art expression)
presentation through a video.
PART A & B. General Description of Soulmaking (Art Expression) Presentation (Individual)
The students will create a video presentation showing their soul (expression) in a form of an art.
Guidelines:
(NOTE: Review first what Art Expression/Soulmaking is all about)
(1) Each student will choose their art form (self-expression in a form of an art).
(2) Each student can choose one, two or more art forms combined. One art form is also appreciated.
(3) The soulmaking presentation shall be recorded in a video format (.avi/.mp4).
(4) The video presentation must be in a minimum of 6 minutes and 30 seconds; and a maximum of 7
minutes.
(5) Video size: 500mb or less
(6) The video must have the following parts:
- Introduction (about yourself and the art) – FACE must be visible
- Body of your art expression (perform your ART)
- End (brief discussion of your ART and relate it to any topics of ARTAPP)
- Post-ending part (TWO MINUTE-ART TALK-your synthesis/reflection about Art Appreciation)
- INCLUDE: A Summative Test Submitted to: Dr. Jose Marie E. Ocdenaria (ArtApp Professor)
(7) Submit your video presentation via ART APP Official Google drive (Shared Drive) on or before October
25, 2020 (Monday)-11:59pm. (In the ArtApp Summative Test folder, create your own subfolder- with
your SURNAME and FIRST NAME written in it)
(8) Do not forget to include your rubric in the folder.
(9) NOTE: STUDENT’S/PRESENTER’S FACE must be visible in the video presentation
(soulmaking and art talk).
