Start By:

a. Remove the lift cylinder (bulldozer).

1. Remove bolts (2) and cover (1).

2. Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to yoke (4). The weight of yoke (4) is approximately 159 kg (350 lb).

3. Use Tooling (B) to remove pin (3).

4. Remove yoke (4).

5. Remove seal (5) and bearings (6).

1. Lower the temperature of bearings (6). Install bearings (6) so that the groove in bearings (6) is within Zone (A).

2. Use Tooling (C) to install seal (5).

3. Fill the bore in the guard assembly with Tooling (D).

4. Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to yoke (4). The weight of yoke (4) is approximately 159 kg (350 lb). Position yoke (4). Use Tooling (E) to install pin (3).

5. Position cover (1) and install bolts (2).

End By:

a. Install the lift cylinder (bulldozer).
