1. What is sandwich
It is an item of food consisting of two pieces of bread with meat, cheese, or other filling
between them, eaten as a light meal and is a food typically consisting of vegetables, sliced
cheese or meat, placed on or between slices of bread, or more generally any dish wherein
bread serves as a container or wrapper for another food type.

2. State your own way in presenting sandwiches

Spread mayo, butter or cream cheese all the way to the edges of each slice of bread to
create a seal against wet sandwich fillings. Also, try packing high moisture ingredients, like
tomatoes, pickles, and cucumbers, separately. Just add them to the sandwich when you're
ready to eat. Toasting the bread can help, too.

3. State your own way in storing sandwiches

Storing sandwiches is one of the most important activities after preparation wherein
they are to be kept properly to avoid spoilage. The most important principles for sandwich
safety are keeping temperatures cool and avoiding cross contamination.

4. What benefits you can gain in learning sandwiches.

We can prepare a work-friendly packed lunch with added health benefits, including low-
calorie, low-fat, calcium-rich and omega-3-rich options. Shop-bought sandwiches can be high in
fat, salt and sugar, so making your own allows you to create healthier options.
