ACCREDITING HABITAT FOR HUMANITY PHILIPPINES PROJECTS

AS COMPLIANCE TO SECTION 18 OFRA7279

WHEREAS, Habitat for Humanity Philippines (HFHP) is a non-profit organization established in

the Philippines which builds decent! and affordable homes with the help ofhome partner families, volunteer
labor and donations ofmoney and materials:

WHEREAS, HFHP is now present in 20 provinces nationwide through 25 affiliates and 21

satellites and has built more than 15,000 houses throughout the country and is now building about, 3,500
-iouses every year;

WHEREAS. said organization has attained over the years a track record of building such houses
which are notforsale to thegeneral public but rather awarded to its beneficiaries;

WHEREFORE. resolved as it is hereby resolved that Habitat for Humanity Philippines projects be
accredited as compliance to Section 18of RA 7279.
