Traditional Face-to-Face Interview

Most interviews are face-to-face. The most traditional is a one-on-one conversation.
Focus should be on the person asking questions. Maintain eye contact, listen and respond
once a question has been asked. Establish rapport with the interviewer and show them
that interviewee’s qualifications will benefit their organization.

Behavioral Interview
The basic premise behind this type of interview is that the past behavior is the best
predictor of future actions. These types of questions may be asked in any interview
format—telephone, panel or one-on-one.
This type of question generally starts with the words “Give me an example when...” or
“tell me about a time when

Stress Interview
This kind of interview is specially conducted for sales department. Here the interviewer
watches the level of patients of the interviewee.
7. Salary Negotiation
Before start talking pay (and salary negotiations) with a prospective employer, we need
to find out how much the job is worth. We will need to take the time for research. That
way we will be prepared to get what we're worth and to get a job offer that's realistic and
reasonable. Salary negotiation is something at which hiring managers are usually a lot
more proficient than the people they hire. Human Resources must be consulted to provide
detailed guidance and advice on determining appropriate offer salary levels within the
grade.
8. Offering Candidates
The final stage in the selection procedure is to confirm the offer of employment after
satisfactory references have been obtained, and the applicant has passed the medical
examination required for pension and life assurance purposes or because a certain
standard of physical fitness is required for the work. The contract of employment should
also be prepared at this stage.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES

You will have the chance to explore a job that interests you through in internship,
whether it is compulsory or not. For recent graduates, there are numerous possibilities to
consider, and it might be challenging to select just one. Getting an internship will enable
you to emphasize one or more of those career alternatives, even if you do not yet know
with certainty what you want to do after you graduate. It will greatly influence your
choice if you can locate internship where the aforementioned objectives are met.

 Further education and certification.

 Making professional communication.

 Promoting mentor / mentee relationships.

 Communication and leadership.

 Finding a good working environment.

 Being free and adaptable

However, it's vital to keep in mind that the credit for education is awarded with the
education you acquire, not simply the work experience alone, and that an internship
experience may provide you a significant edge in job evaluation and be an excellent
builder.

The fundamental goal of a course internship is to engage in interactive learning in order

to better grasp the concepts, methods, and practices of your subject or major.

An internship may also be an enjoyable method to learn. You can investigate and
examine the gap between theory and practice throughout your internship.

As an intern, I discovered it’s essential to be enthusiastic and open to learning new skills,
asking for more work and being curious to learn and ask questions. This attitude will
show that you enjoy being part of the team and that you're keen to help. Having curiosity
and enthusiasm also means that, as an intern, you get a lot out of what you’re doing,
which opens lots of opportunities.

Vision: world Class Company, trusted by customers, offer in high quality products. The
highway industries group philosophy is characterized by its futuristic vision. Investing in

achieving and security now and for future generations.
NON-DISCLOSURE AGGREMENT (NDA)

The NDA is intended to protect confidential information disclosed during internships.

This clause makes clear that it will not be revealed to others.
ORIGIN OF THE REPORT

I am the student of MBA (BA). I completed my summer internship in 45 days at highway

industries. I get a chance to be a part of the organization .my period of this internship is from
2/July/2022 to 15/august/2022. On 2nd July I joined here an intern and get the topics of employer
and employee attrition. This internship period is used to understand and analyses the situation that
why employee leave the company.
What are the main reasons for attrition?

 To understand the system and rule regulation of the industry.

 To communicate with employee face to face.
 Take view from every employer.
 Learn the things and take analysis.
OBJECTIVES

Our main goal during this internship is how to reduce the attrition Moreover, company gave
a lot of benefits to worker like incentive, bonus and LTI (long term incentive) this kind over
payment they get even then the worker is left the company .so I am start meeting with

employees or received company data and feedback from them. Another benefit of an
internship is developing business contacts. These people can help you find a job later, act
as references or help you with projects after you’re hired somewhere else. Meet the people
who have jobs you would like some day and ask them if you can take them to lunch. Ask
them how they started their careers, how they got to where they are now and if they have
any suggestions for you to improve your skills.

 Explore career alternatives prior to graduation.

 Integrate theory and practice.
 Assess interests and abilities in their field of study.
 Learn to appreciate work and its function in the economy.
SCOPE

 Here is the opportunity to learn about the operations of highway industries.

 Opportunity to know about what kind of activities has been done in the automobiles sector.
 Opportunity to meet with high rank staff employee and give information of their department.
 Face to face interaction with the employee and get data of their working culture.

METHODOLOGY

 Primary data: data is collected through workers through personal interview.

 Anticipate and investigate client demands in relation to World Wide Media's publications' cost,
quality, and level of service (WWM).
 Recognize the reasons why customers cancel or don't renew their subscriptions.

Issue description:
What are the several areas where World Wide Media falls short?

Research methods:
The raw data used in this exploratory study was used. Both qualitative and quantitative data will be
presented. Personal interviews and telephone interviews are used to gather data.
LIMITATION

To enrich and complete this report my levels best attempt was dedicated although there are some
limitations:

Unfortunately, it was not possible to acquire sufficient information due to the company’s
limitations (business secrecy and confidentiality). As this is my first report about automotive
industry so I had to face some difficulties to preparing the report. Time was also a limitation.
Gathering

Information during working was a tough job. In personal interview it is always said that there is
always a chance of biasedness either by interviewer or either by interviewee.

 I had located the site's work for the study's purposes was restricted to the city of Ludhiana. 110
people made up the sample.
 The research was finished quickly while I was also pursuing other coursework. As a result, it
was unable to thoroughly analyze the issues.
 Some of the respondents didn't take the questionnaire seriously.
 It is exceedingly difficult to get an employee to express his opinions on his employer since
respondents lacked knowledge about the questionnaire.
 Senior officers were hard to get in touch with since they were usually busy. We thus had to
wait for them. Although some respondents did not answer and some did not finish the
questionnaire, I should still mention that I really liked working on the project.

LESSON LEARNT

During internship and preparation of this report, there were lots of cases to be learnt, lived and solved.
Among different functional and administrative things, some of the valuable lessons learnt during
internship were:

 Patience
 Good communicator
 Value time
 Team working skills
During my internship, I learned how to communicate and build relationships with the people worked with. I
learned how to introduce myself, talk about my interests, knowledge and skills with entrepreneurs and
business owners, as well as how to ask questions and gain a better understanding of businesses not only in
the co-working space, but also others in the market

KNOWLEDGE GAINED

 Learnt how to work in the team.

 Learnt how to apply theoretical knowledge in practical field.

 Courtesy and politeness are the most important asset an intern should have.
Feedback to the Organization

As for the internship period, I have to deal with several circumstances I can say that the business and working
environment of Highway Industries Limited is very magnificent. The staff members and employees are very
helpful with each other, and 100% of the workers are very happy with the salary they received on time.
Moreover, during the internship period, I found some weaknesses, some strengths, and opportunities in the
organization. The strong points should not be lost, and weakness should be overcome as soon as possible, and
opportunity should be grabbed. Highway Industries is rated 4.1 out of 5, based on 177 reviews by employees on
Ambition Box. Highway Industries is known for Skill development which is rated at the top and given a rating of 4.1.
However, Career growth is rated the lowest at 3.6 and can be improved.

Recommendations:
• The organization should practice proper guideline. The purpose of Human Resource Management is to
improve the productive contribution of people.
• To get effective and efficient employee, the organization should arrange proper training and
development programs.
• The entire HR department should be well informed regarding the employment personal.
• The organization should provide well direct compensation as well as direct to its staffs.
• The management should have job evaluated salary structure, which is most competitive than other
organizations in the country.
• To evaluate employee’s performance; the management should follow promotion policy properly.
• In order to get competitive advantage and to deliver quality service, top management should try to
modify the services.

CONCLUSION
In a nutshell, this internship has been an excellent and rewarding experience. I can conclude that there have
been a lot I’ve learnt from my work at Highway industry ltd. Needless to say, the technical aspects of the work
I’ve done are not flawless and could be improved provided enough time. As someone with no prior experience
with Node.js whatsoever I believe my time spent in research and discovering it was well worth it and
contributed to finding an acceptable solution to build a fully functional web service. Two main things that I’ve
learned the importance of our time-management skills and self-motivation.
