 OPSCSI SPORTING EVENTS FOR TEACHERS

I. OBJECTIVES:

This proposed sporting activity for teachers aims to:

1. promote healthy lifestyles amidst pandemic,

2. provide avenue for exciting activities that will develop physically and mentally of
our TEACHERS AND STAFF from the members school of OPSCSI,
3. Create an avenue for the teachers and staff to show their talents and skill in terms
of Sports
4. To give an alternative activity and give them recreational activity

II. TEAM:
1. Eligibility
1.1 Only officially employed in respective schools who are member of the
Organization of Private Schools in Camarines Sur inc.
1.2 Faculty, Staff, administrators, Teaching and non-teaching employee
2. Team Composition
2.1 Each participating District Private school will create their teams
composed of teachers and non-teaching coming from the different
private school institution from DISTRICT 1 to DISTRICT 5

III. REQUIRMENTS:
1. Photocopy of Vaccination Card (Fully Vaccinated/1st Booster)
2. Employment certificate signed by the school registrar or school administrator
3. Photocopy of employee ID

IV. ENTRY FEE

The Registration fee is Php 5,000.00 per district participating team that covers the
payment for the officiating officials and other operation expenses.

V. EVENTS

1. BASKETBALL MEN
2. VOLLEYBALL (MIXED MEN AND WOMEN)
3. BADMINTON
4. TABLE TENNIS
5. CHESS

VI. SPECIAL PROVISION:

Technical guidelines and ground rules for teachers category will adopt and use from the
students category.
