VI. RATIONALE:
In this event the group -1 of F. Agoncillo has prepared a individual sports. This event is
organized of three sports the " Badminton, table tennis, and chess. This game is categorized of
skill and interest of students in F. Agoncillo, in this event they can enhance their skills and
abilities. This event promote physical fitness, self assessment, friendly competition, bonding,
and enjoyment of all participants.
All the facilitator will secure the safety of all participants for this event. Also we will provide a
warm-up exercise so that their body us ready for the game and we will instruct them to wear a
P.E uniform so that they will feel comfortable during the game.
The sole purpose of this project is to develop the skills and abilities of students . Through this
project, the students will also be informed about dehydration and what hyperthermia is.
VII. OBJECTIVES:
The following goals are intended to be achieved by the Group 1's proposed individual sports
during intramurals for the academic year 2023–2024:
3. Improve and enhance the skills of player and for them to enjoy the experience of a good
individual sports.
4. The intramurals provide an opportunity for participants to learn about the importance of
hydration for physical performance and overall health. Incorporate healthy-habit messages into
the intramural experience.

The proposed budget for this project is Php 1500.00, through the collection of treasurer in
group 1.
X. TARGET BENEFICIARIES:
The sports for Intramurals of Group 1 shall be beneficial to the following stakeholders:
B. Athletes and students – Athletes as well as other students will be enlightened that
choosing water as a healthy alternative to sugar-sweetened beverages can reduce the risk of
health issues related to dehydration, such as headaches, fatigue, dehydration, and difficulty
concentrating, for students after rigorous physical activities. It can also increase students'
cognitive ability, focus, attention, and overall performance.
C. Teachers - Teachers also benefit from the intramurals. Since it promotes and protects
teachers' and staff's health and well-being, it allows them to perform their duties more
effectively and contributes to a positive work environment for all staff members.
The Group 1 of F. Agoncillo students of MNCHS will give the parties safety and security, as well
as the safety of any pertinent third parties, a top priority. Promotional materials and event
documentation will be uploaded to one of the students Facebook Page for long-term
sustainability, ensuring that it is accessible to future administrators.
