If I were Rizal the best symbol that would represent me is a lightbulb, this
thing represents intelligence, creativity and hope. Dr. Rizal once become a lightbulb
in the hearts and minds of the Filipinos when he wrote the novels Noli Me Tangere
and El Filibusterismo that expose the cruelty and violence of the Spanish
Government as well as the Catholic church, he became the symbol of hope for the
Indios that mostly having no education at all. He studied abroad and he uses all that
intelligence to lighten up the minds and the hearts of the Filipino people that if
